Abudara's story

Abudara is a businessman and farmer who resides in the Kyakabadima-Kagadi district of Uganda. A 37-year-old married father of four, he has been operating a retail shop for the past three years. He faces a challenge of low stock turnover due to high competition from people with similar businesses.

Abudara started the shop to serve the community residents and create a source of income. He has approached UGAFODE for a loan of 3,000,000/= to enable him buy more items such as sugar, salt, soap and eggs.

Abudara is a very honest man. He intends to invest in the transport business in future.
