Felma's story

Felma is a 34 year old micro-entrepreneur from Malibay, Pasay City, Philippines. She is a single parent and she has children. She has a ready-to-wear business that she started eight years ago. She sells shirts, undergarments, socks and bags. Her business always needs additional capital that is why she is glad to know that there are organizations that are willing to help micro-entrepreneurs like her expand their business.



She would like to acquire a loan that will be used in her business in buying ready-to-wear items mostly of bags. The amount to be borrowed will be a big help to her business and she is looking forward to seeing it grow in the next years because of your help. She hopes that all her children will finish College.



Felma is a member of the Center for Community Transformation and meets weekly with her fellowship partners to share her life’s testimony and business experience with her fellowship members. She also draws strength and inspiration from the fellowship and listening to the Word of God. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 20 members. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social relationship among partners, and pay Micro Finance loans.
