A loan helped to buy 300 chickens and laminated sheeting and wood to improve her farm, as she is a single mother and will move her children forward with the earnings.

Evelyn Janeth's story

Evelyn is the single mother of three children, two of whom are in school. Unfortunately her spouse died and she has had to move ahead alone.

Evelyn has worked in the municipal government for over three years. She also has a chicken farm. Previously she had a cyber-cafe with her husband. Her sister helps her take care of the farm when Evelyn is working in her office job.

She will use the loan to buy 300 chickens as well as laminated sheeting and wood to improve her farm. As she is a single mother she will use her earnings to move forward with her children. Her dream is that her children lack for nothing and stay in school. She also wants to have a bigger farm.
