The group named 30 de Agosto of the city of Itá is in its fourth loan cycle with the women’s committee program, where all of them work and help each other to succeed. They are currently making a poverty elimination survey which will allow them to know their living situation, and in accordance with that make an effort to pull themselves out of poverty.
One of the members is Dominga who works selling fruits and vegetables. She is an entrepreneur who starts working very early every morning with the purpose of improving her family’s living conditions, as well as hers, so they don’t have to struggle so much. She is a person who never gives up and makes a great effort to continue with her entrepreneurship, since this is what sustains her family.
She is requesting a loan to buy fruits and fresh vegetables so she can continue with her sales as she has done so far. She is grateful for the opportunity that has allowed her to continue with her sales, and that will be of great help to keep supporting her loved ones.
