A loan helped a member to buy agricultural inputs (fertilizer and pay for labor) to maintain her coffee farm.

Grupo Xojola 1 Group's story

Manuela is 48 years old, married, and has a nice family with two children between 20 and 28 years old. They live in a community of Xojola.

Manuela makes her living by cultivating coffee in order to earn her income and support her family. She has been engaged in this occupation for 25 years. She loves it because it allows her to spend time with nature and take care of it, especially since she lives in a very fertile region for farming coffee.

She now sees the necessity of acquiring a loan which she will use to purchase agricultural inputs (fertilizers and pay for labor) to maintain the coffee farm. In this way, she will be able to harvest the highest quality of coffee at the end of the year.

Her greatest dream is to improve the quality of life for her family.
