Gs. Brisas De San Juan Group's story

Lelis, 37 years old, lives in the community of San Juan, which belongs to the municipality called Santa Barbará, with his family. He has worked growing pepper for 16 years, a crop which has been planted in this zone for 50 years, and which gives him good income through the harvest for the well-being of his family.

Lelis is asking for the loan to provide maintenance to his crop and to be able to purchase manure, insecticide, and fertilizer to maintain his harvest and get a better harvest.

His dream is to produce quality pepper and open in the international market.

Miguel lives in the community of San Juan, he works primarily growing pepper and also grows corn. He has been working growing the previously mentioned crops for approximately 20 years.

This loan is special because:

It has a below-market interest rate and is repaid at harvest, when farmers can more easily repay.
