Mrs Vinh is 51 years old and she is married with 2 children. Vinh lives in Hau Loc district, a semi-urban town in Thanh Hoa province.
She is a hard-working woman who wants to build a better life for herself and her children. She has operated a food stall/restaurant selling fish for more than 10 years. And the income from this business is unstable because the price of fishes depends on the amount of fishes catching.
Although this is her first loan in Thanh Hoa microfinance institution, all members agreed to vote her to be the leader of solidarity group.
The main hardship that Vinh faces is lack of capital. She is requesting a loan to purchase fish to resell.
With her business profit, Vinh hopes for her children to find a good job, to build a new house, and for her family to be healthy and happy.
