A loan helped a member to purchase agricultural supplies and to pay for manual labor to maintain their coffee crops.

Xojolá 9 Group's story

Catarina (the first on the right side in the photo in a black blouse) is a very enthusiastic person. She has spent many years working cultivating coffee. Fortunately, this has contributed to her ability to excel with her production. She told us that thanks to the prior loan she was able to purchase supplies and to maintain her crops on time. Fortunately, she had a good harvest and this increased her profits a lot.

With the desire to continue cultivating, Catarina is improving her harvest each year. Currently, together with her group, she decided to complete a new loan for the purchase of agricultural supplies and to pay for manual labor to maintain the coffee crops this year. Her greatest dream is to improve the quality of life of her family and to increase her profits.

In this group: Catarina, Manuela, Francisca, Martha, Pascuala Ester
