Trust Group's story

Kwesi(the man in the blue and black striped shirt on the left side of the picture) is a petty trader who owns a provisions store and sells things such as milk, sugar, biscuits, toffees, slippers, mosquito repellent, electrical appliances, etc. He used his previous loan to restock his shop with provisions, electrical appliances and mosquito repellent. He was able to buy on large scale and was able to make enough profit to cater for his family's needs.

Kwesi needs another loan facility to buy goods such as milk, Milo, slippers, electrical appliances, biscuits, sugar, diapers and especially mosquito repellent for resale.

With this current loan, he will be able to provide his community enough mosquito repellents to drive away mosquito and prevent malaria during this rainy season. Kwesi and his group member are grateful for the support from their KIVA lenders.
