A loan helped a member to buy sugar, oil, biscuits and corn.

Ndugu Nipe Shauri Group's story

Bahidika is an entrepreneur, the owner of a grocery store, and the chair of the Ndugu nipe Shauri borrowers' group. He is a client of the IMF Hekima. HE is married, 40 yars old, and the father of six children, four of whom are in school and two are still very young.

Bahidika will buy sugar, rice, oil, cookies and corn to bolster his business. He launched his business eight years ago thanks to the funds earned by selling farm crops from his field. He would like to buy a land plot and to pay for his children's education and food. To conclude, Bahidika thanks Hekima and its partner for supporting entrepreneurs who lack access to traditional banking.

In this group: Kalaba, Birinrwa, Bembeleza, Mwengebutsa, Polepole, Agbalaga, Bahidika, Tulinabo
