Roxy started his business in 1998 with a capital of $100 selling paints. He is 39 years old and has a daughter who is five years old. He studied at college the art of making paints. Roxy is planning with Hope’s loans to open a painting business. There is high demand for his paints, and many people like Roxy’s paint and services because he enjoys doing it. Roxy has been a faithful Hope client since last March. He received three loans which he repaid regularly and completely. Roxy lives and does his business in the Northern area of Kinshasa which is the most populated area of the city.
