A loan helped to pay for maintenance of her computer shop.

Jocelyn's story

Jocelyn is thankful that she was previously granted a 20,000 PHP loan, which she used to buy computer units, accessories and spare parts for her computer shop. Her earnings helped provide for her child's education and meet the family's daily personal and household needs.

Jocelyn would like to again apply for a PHP 15,000 loan to cover maintenance costs of her computer shop. The profits from her business will definitely help her to sustain the family's daily household needs and her children's school needs. Jocelyn looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Jocelyn hopes that her business will grow and expand so she can save for her children's college education. She meets up with her co-fellowship* members weekly to share stories of her work and to draw strength and inspiration from the word of God she studies.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
