Hekima client Munguiko is a good businesswoman and member of a group called «Baraka Alanine». She is a senior entrepreneur, aged 32, married and the mother of nine children, eight enrolled in school and one still too young for school. She sells peanuts, displaying her merchandise in a town market. She began her business with money loaned her by Hekima. Her husband is a currency changer. She has been in this business for 20 years.
The new loan will allow her to buy 10 sacks of peanuts. In this way, she hopes to grow her working capital, and feed, clothe and pay school fees for her children. Finally, she thanks Hekima sincerely for helping women entrepreneurs who can't obtain bank loans to become independent, especially in this critical post-conflict period in the Eastern region of the country.
