A loan helped to build a health service space in her home.

Norma Isabel's story

In ancient Greece, doctors were priests serving the gods and their professional work was limited to watching over the sanctuaries and receiving the offerings and donations of patients. They performed prescribed religious rituals and perhaps helped disabled patients to submerge themselves in the right bath. Norma is a 45 year old women who dedicates herself to selling soft drinks, sweets and candies. She tells us that she wants to build a health bath in her home. She remarks that her next goal is to remodel her house and then her business. She is asking for a loan in order to build a health service that will offer high quality hygienic conditions, better than what she can currently offer. She estimates that the credit will be of great help because it will improve her living conditions. Her future plans are to make a small investment in her business in order to get a better floor, and also to guild a new health service in order to bring better care to her customers.
