Kuña Pyapy Mbarete Group's story

The communal bank called "Kuña Pyapy Mbarete" is in their first cycle with the Woman's Committee Program. They all promise to work and help each other to get ahead. They are participating in the Poverty Stoplight program. Four of the sixteen women are below the poverty line, that is to say with very low income. But they are working to improve their lives.

One of these women is Noelia, who in the survey showed up with a poverty level one, that is indicating low income. But she is conscious that she must continue working. She does hairdressing and with her loan wants to buy greater quantities of nail polish and various materials so as to lower her costs.

All the members are grateful for the opportunity they have been given.
