A loan helped to organize hay mowing activities and gather fodder for his farm animals for the winter moths.

Arkadi's story

Arkadi is 62 years old and he lives in the village of Shahumyan in the Lori region with his wife and retired mother. He has two sons who are already married and they live separately.

Arkadi is a very skilled farmer since he has been in this occupation since he was married. His sons used to help him a lot several years ago, but now he manages everything alone. He breeds two cows, a heifer, a calf, and fifteen chickens. At the same time, he works at the school as a watchman.

Since his farm animals are few, Arkadi does not manage to sell his farm products, which will bring some income to his family. In all it is very hard for him with such a small income to take care of both his farm and his family's needs.

Arkadi asks for a loan of 300,000 Armenian drams so he can organize hay mowing activities and gather fodder for his farm animals for the winter months.
