Mwanauba's story

Mwanauba is a married woman with five children, all of whom attend school. She owns a house that has electricity and running water and her greatest monthly expense is school fees. For the past six years, she has operated a clothing business and she sells from home to her neighbors and passersby. Mwanauba’s major business challenge is theft due to the insecurity of her area of operation.

Mwanauba is requesting a 20,000 KES loan to purchase bundles of clothing to resell. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business. In the future, Mwanauba dreams of having a formal store and business.
