Erika is a modest rural woman who lives in a common-law relationship. Her partner works as a day laborer. She has two children who are always with her.

She used to work as a day laborer. With the birth of her first child she decided to devote herself full time to growing tropical fruits, with which she earns the income to help her partner with the household necessities, mainly paying for her family's nourishment.

Erika is going to buy agricultural inputs with the money she's going to receive, increasing her production and her income so she can continue to pay for the basic needs of this humble household.
