A loan helped to buy a heifer to fatten and sell.

Rolando Filimón's story

Rolando went to school up to the second grade. He is a single father of a daughter, because his wife decided to separate. His mother and two brothers also live with him. They work in agriculture.

Rolando tends a cattle ranch. He milks cows, takes them to feed and also processes the milk to make dairy products, such as cheese, curd, and cream. Later, his employer sells them in nearby businesses. Rolando also has his own cattle and he grows corn.

He will use this loan to buy a heifer to fatten and then sell. Previously, he was helped by a loan and he already finished paying it off.

Rolando's dream is to keep working in agriculture so that he can make improvements on his home. It is made of adobe now, and he would like to build new walls.
