We loan because...
WE CARE!

About us
We are a group of three entrepreneurial ladies - real estate agents - who believe in supporting other entrepreneurs; particularly women. We began making loans tied to our real estate closings. It occurred to us that we could make a bigger impact by inviting our family, friends and clients to participate with us.
