Santa Barbara Middle School (SBMS)
SBMS is an independent, coeducational day school for grades 6-9. It was founded in 1976 by a group of students, parents, and teachers concerned about the junior high years. SBMS cultivates in its students a passion for life and life-long learning, a deep sense of trust in themselves, strength and courage to succeed at life's challenges, and compassion and respect for others.
