We target our help to Portuguese speaking countries others from Portugal: Brazil, Guinea-Bissau, St Tome and Principe, Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique and East Timor and their communities worldwide. We do it given the challenges that this group of nations still have to overcome, much of which they can do together.
