About us
Kiva Detroit was the first Kiva City/Hub, a program where Kiva works with community organizations in the United States to provide local small businesses with microloans.

Kiva Detroit is a program of the Build Institute, an organization that teaches, connects and supports, entrepreneurs in Detroit.

The goal of the Kiva Detroit team is to empower Detroiters to champion local small businesses by creating a lending community.
