Alberto MacLean believed strongly in education, equality and self-empowerment. As a professor, as a father, and as a friend, he influenced many to believe in themselves and to pursue higher goals. Through Kiva, we can honor Alberto’s memory by empowering those who lack the means, but not the drive, to pursue those goals.
