Kiva Lending Team: Dr. Norman Bethune C.I.
We loan because...
We are grade 12 students part of a World Issue's geography class. We hope that each year as new students enter this course, they will contributed to our loan leaving a legacy of our efforts and a connection to the individuals, communities and countries we learn about in class each day.
We are 16, 17 & 18 year old students in a multi-cultural high school school in northern Toronto. Many of us (or our parents) come from countries in the developing world. We are fortunate to be able to attend a good school in a safe and livable city.
