We loan because...
The Dell Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are inspired by “Pay it Forward” Day which happens every 30th of April – it is a day which is about all people, from all walks of life helping someone else and making a positive difference and making someone’s dream come true. The ERGS are communities within Dell where team members with common interests bring their collective voices together to drive innovation, business opportunities and develop inspiring leaders. Kiva is a wonderful way for these 11 global ERGs and any other Dell employee to come together to develop and support the potential in people outside Dell by giving them the opportunity to help themselves, in the same way Dell helps millions of people every day by giving them the power to do more.
