Remember the Chernobyl nuclear disaster of April 1986?
This team supports 'Chernobyl children' and their families living in the regions of Belarus and Ukraine contaminated by caesium 137 - a great risk to their health.
Many of these children visit the UK (and other countries) to improve their health and the organisation of such trips and/or an interest in the effects of the disaster and how to protect our environment from the human race should be the main reason for joining this team.
