- I loan because:
- MGU Alumni Microfinance is a network of former MGU students wishing to support small entrepreneurs in the former Soviet republics. We all recieved a big bundle of help and encouragement while living in Moscow and struggling to learn Russian, and we wish to give some of that encourangement back those who are currently struggling to realise their dreams.

- MGU Alumni Microfinance is an independent network consisting of former students. It has no official ties to Moskovski Gosudarstvennyi Universitet, the Moscow State University.
