Mom is 32 years old. She is a mother of two children and lives in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in growing rice and fattening up animals for more than ten years, earning approximately $2 daily. Her husband (who is joining her in the picture) is a construction worker who makes an income of $6 each day.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Mom requests a loan of $800 to purchase a cow to breed and produce a calf to sell. By doing so, she would earn more income to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children earn bachelor’s degrees.
