I am starting a healthcare staffing agency because I believe the industry can operate in a cleaner, simpler, and more respectful way. Medical facilities often face urgent staffing gaps, while clinicians are often asked to navigate a confusing process filled with multiple points of contact, unclear compensation structures, and unnecessary extras that do little to improve their actual experience. I want to build a business that keeps the focus where it belongs: reliable staffing support for facilities and fair, straightforward treatment for clinicians.

I am motivated by the idea that a leaner business model can create real value on both sides. By keeping overhead lower and avoiding unnecessary complexity, I can offer a simpler experience for the clinicians I work with while also delivering a practical solution for facilities that need coverage. My aim is to build trust through responsiveness, transparency, and consistency rather than through flashy perks or bloated pricing.

This loan will help me cover the final startup costs required to launch responsibly, including insurance, website and software tools, payroll and accounting setup, and initial outreach. I am building this business carefully so it can grow on a stable foundation and serve both facilities and healthcare professionals well.
