A loan of $550 helps to buy more clothes to sell.

Shazia's story
Shazia is a determined 30-year-old woman and mother of four who runs a small clothing business to support her family. She buys clothes from the local market and sells them from her home and within her neighbourhood.
In the beginning, her business was limited because she could not afford to purchase enough stock to meet customer demand. With the help of a microfinance loan from CEIP, Shazia will be able to buy a wider variety of clothes and offer more choices to her customers. This support will help her increase sales and boost her income, improving her family’s living conditions.
Today, she confidently contributes to household expenses and supports her children’s education. Shazia’s journey shows how microfinance empowers women to become self-reliant, expand their businesses, and bring positive change to their families and communities.
