Hà's story

Mrs. Hà is 49 years old and lives with her family in Đông Quang Ward. Her family has several dependents, including her second son, who is currently in grade 11, her youngest child, who is in grade 9, and her eldest son, who is already married. She works hard to support her children’s education and contribute to the family’s financial stability.

She has more than six years of experience in small-scale trading, while her husband works as a driver. Her family is classified as a low-income household in the local community. Due to limited capital, she is applying for her sixth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to expand her shop. With this loan, she plans to purchase additional goods, such as plastic pipes, HDPE pipes (D710 and D630), electrical wires, and nails, to diversify her product offerings and better serve customers. Previous loans have helped her family gradually improve their living conditions and maintain their business.

Her main difficulty is that many customers buy goods on credit, which affects her available business capital. In the future, she hopes her children will succeed in their studies, especially that her child will be admitted to university, and that her family business will grow so she can purchase more equipment and tools to further develop her business.
