María is 59 years old, did not have the opportunity to go to school, is single, and her children no longer depend on her.
María works making and selling tamales. She has some years of experience in the field and learned it from her neighbor. She makes the tamales at her house and sells them in her community and nearby zones. She works every day and her work schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
She will use the loan to purchase corn, chicken, plantain leaves, and other supplies to make and sell tamales, hoping to increase her sales.
