Mary

Mary is a hardworking smallholder farmer from Homa Bay who is deeply committed to improving her family’s livelihood. She is married and works closely with her family to manage their small piece of land. 

For the past few years Mary has devoted her time and energy to farming, carefully planting and tending her crops with hope and determination. Farming is her main source of income and she takes pride in producing food that supports her household and contributes to her community.

Despite her dedication, limited resources often make it difficult for Mary to achieve the harvest she knows her land can produce. She is seeking a loan to procure essential farm inputs such as fertilizers, farm seeds and farm chemicals. 

With these inputs she will be able to improve the health of her crops and increase her yields. Mary’s commitment, perseverance and passion for farming make her truly deserving of this opportunity.
