Maureen

Maureen is a determined smallholder farmer from Embu who has spent the past few years building her livelihood through farming. As a divorced woman, she has taken full responsibility for supporting herself and creating a stable future through her hard work on the farm. Farming is her main source of income, and over time she has gained valuable experience in caring for her crops and managing her land with dedication.

Despite her strong commitment to farming, limited financial resources have made it difficult for Maureen to access the quality inputs she needs to improve her productivity. She is now seeking a loan to buy modern farm inputs such as certified seeds, rich nutrient fertilizers, and farm chemicals. These inputs will help her boost farm output and improve the quality of her harvest.

With better production, Maureen will be able to increase sells in the market and eventually make more profit, allowing her to strengthen her farm and build a more secure and independent future.
