Mercy Mirella's story
Mercy is a woman with a cheerful, spontaneous personality. She loves her two children, aged 11 and 3 years old and her husband, who is very hard-working and responsible with his family. She together with her husband earn a living collecting and selling seafood and fresh fish. Her husband goes and gets them and she then sells to restaurants and businesses in the area. In this manner the couple obtain their sustenance. They have been doing this work for over ten years so they have a regular clientele and good knowledge of the fishing business.
Mercy would like to improve the family's labor so she is requesting a loan to buy an outboard motor, garbage cans and other containers. Doing this she hopes to improve the income from the business. In the future they hope to build a cold storage in their house to keep their product fresher. Mercy dreams of legalizing their small prefabricated house so they can expand it and provide their family with better living conditions.
