Juana is 35 years old. She studied until the ninth grade of basic education in school. She is currently single and lives with her daughter, who depends on her.
Juana has a shop selling everyday products. She has several years of experience in this field, and she learned the trade from one of her uncles so she could start a business and obtain a source of income. The business is located close to her house, and her work hours are from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.
She will use the loan to buy staple grains, drinks, and a variety of other products to stock up her shop. She also will buy clothing to sell and diversify her business, which she hopes will generate greater income.
