Don Aureli has had a rental property venture for a bit more than 10 years.  His goal is to extend the useful life of the house.  This is why he is requesting a loan to buy construction materials such as: sheets of corrugated roofing material, pipes, beams, and screws.  This will allow him to change the entire roof, which is currently made of wood, so that he can maintain his monthly rental income.  This way, in the future, he will be able to provide his family with a better quality of life.
