Toumsida Group's story
Rihanata is the leader of Toumsida Group. She is married and the mother of four children. The oldest is 17 and the youngest is 13. Three of her children attend school, and she has four dependents.
This lady has been selling ready-to-wear clothing and handbags for two years. She sources her merchandise from markets surrounding the city of Ouagadougou.
With the money granted, she plans to buy five dozen ready-to-wear clothing items and 30 handbags for her business and to reinvest her profits.
She wants to save and to reinvest the profits from her loan in her business. She aspires to acquire a shed/warehouse in which to be able to set up shop and sell her merchandise and help her husband provide for the family.
