That belief became the foundation of my business, Soulphol Eatz, where I create dishes that blend cultural influences with a soulful approach to comfort food.

I started this business from my home kitchen, preparing meals for friends, family, and local customers who connected with the flavors and the story behind them. As demand grew, I saw the opportunity to turn what began as a passion into a sustainable business. What motivates me most is seeing people experience something familiar and new at the same time through food. I enjoy introducing customers to dishes that reflect multiple cultures while still feeling comforting and accessible.

My goal is to grow Soulphol Eatz into a mobile food business that allows me to reach more people and serve the community consistently. Operating from a mobile setup will give me the flexibility to meet customers where they are, participate in local events, and build a stronger presence. I am committed to running a responsible business, managing growth carefully, and delivering quality with every meal.
