Thúy's story
Thúy is 40 years old and lives with her family in Thọ Phú Commune. She has two dependent daughters, one in grade 9 and the other in grade 7. Her husband works on a farm, and together they strive to provide a stable life for their children.
She has more than five years of experience in small trading. Her household is classified as low-income in the local area. She is applying for her sixth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to expand her small retail business. With this loan, she plans to purchase additional goods such as cakes, cashew nuts, cooking oil, candy, and milk to increase sales. Previous loans have helped improve her family’s living conditions.
Her main difficulty is that the products she sells are often priced low. In the future, she hopes her children will study well, earn enough to continue their education, and that her family can eventually build a new house.
