A loan of $600 helps to buy machinery.

Efrain

Efrain's story

Efrain is 55 years old and has dedicated 40 years of his life to working the fields. This work isn’t just a living to him, it’s a vocation. He grows avocados on a productive hectare of land. He complements his income as a day labourer and this demonstrates his constant and committed work ethic. Although he’s single, he looks after two people who depend upon the fruits of his daily efforts and the stability he manages to build through his dedication.

Efrain is asking for a loan to buy machinery that’ll allow him to optimise his work as an avocado grower. It’ll make his processes more efficient and reduce his personal physical wear-and-tear following years of manual labour. This investment will boost his yield, improve his farm’s output and allow him to generate a more stable income. With this support, he be able to ensure the best conditions for those who depend on him and he’ll be able to work more calmly into the future.
