Grace's story

Grace is a female Ugandan, aged 64 years, and married with 5 children that are all grown up with their own families. She has good character and cooperates so well with her husband, the children and the entire family. She has created a good relationship with the institution based on her payment record.

Grace earns money from a retail shop which she has been owning and running for a good long time; however, she says she needs funds to boost it through purchase of posho (a type of  maize flour) sacks and salt to meet her customer demands, which will help her maximize her profit through increased sales. In the future Grace intends to build rentals to widen her income base in preparation for her retirement.
