I began Healthcare Liaison after working directly with families as an independent private-duty nurse in homecare, where I supported medically fragile children and adults requiring complex long-term care such as ventilators, tracheostomies, and G-tubes. Through this experience, I saw how difficult it is for families to find qualified care, with word of mouth offers limited options, many websites are not designed for high-acuity long-term needs, and social media lacks privacy and credential verification. My aim is to help address the private-duty staffing crisis by creating a secure online space that allows families autonomy in finding nursing needs based on verified licensure, fostering trust and building professional relationships (verified reviews).
