Gulsana

The 65-year-old Gulsana has a huge, kind heart. In her work as a school cook, she gives the children her care and attention, while her dishes warm not only the body but also the soul. A widow, Gulsana has devoted her entire life to her family, raising her child and caring for her mother and sister while at the same time running a livestock farm.

Although life has been challenging, warmth, mutual understanding, and industriousness have always reigned in Gulsana's home. Her longstanding dream has been to replace her old roof with the new, insulated one that will make the house a safe, dry, and cozy place in winter where every member of the family will feel comfortable and protected.

It being difficult for her to implement that dream on her own at this time, Gulsana is sincerely hopeful in applying for support. Help in whatever amount will constitute a contribution to her family's warmth, security, and happiness, and hence to a genuine miracle that will give them joy every day.
