Ms. Hoa is 50 years old and lives in Đông Tiến Ward. She is single and takes care of her elderly, sick mother. Her household is classified as low-income in the local area.

She has more than 20 years of experience in small trading. This is her seventh loan from Thanh Hóa MFI. She plans to use the loan to purchase additional goods such as shampoo, shower gel and soft drinks to expand her small business. Since 2019, previous loans have helped her gradually improve her living conditions and better support her mother’s medical needs. However, many customers buy on credit, which affects her cash flow and makes it difficult to maintain stable capital for reinvestment.
