Shahlo's story
Shahlo is from the peaceful region of Khatlon Region in southern Tajikistan. Born in 1980, she is a strong and devoted mother of three daughters. After her divorce, she took full responsibility for raising her girls on her own. She lives in her parents’ house, where she works tirelessly to create a stable and loving home for her children.

Sewing is not just her profession—it is her strength and independence. With patience and creativity, she makes dresses and traditional outfits, earning respect in her community. Through her work, she supports her daughters and teaches them the importance of resilience and hard work.
Now Shahlo dreams of buying a new sewing machine and essential sewing supplies to expand her business. This loan is very important for her, as it will help her improve the quality of her work and increase her income. Her greatest wish is to give her three daughters a bright future and see them enter universities to achieve their dreams. She believes in opportunity, in kindness, and most of all, she believes in you.
