My name is Erles. Four years ago, I left my home in Venezuela because of the delicate political situation and the persecutions. I arrived in the United States with a strong determination to build a future, not just for myself, but also for my family. Here, in Pittsburgh, I started from scratch, working in construction and mechanical maintenance. Every day was a constant effort, but my ability to learn quickly and do the work skillfully allowed me to move forward. Many people told me I couldn't do it, that I didn't know enough. However, in a short time, I learned the skills to do jobs that took others years. This ability to learn and my desire to work for my own goals, and not for those of others, were the motivation to found Bricrob LLC.
