Liz

My name is Liz. I am originally from Mexico and have been living in the United States for over 10 years. I am a mother of four children, who inspire me every day to keep working hard and build a better future for them.

In 2022, with the support of the Kiva community, I opened my first Mexican food business. Since then, I have worked with dedication and perseverance to grow a successful and sustainable business. We are located in Pittsburgh, where we proudly offer a wide variety of authentic Mexican food.

We are also known for preparing meals very early in the morning to serve construction workers throughout Pittsburgh, helping fuel their long workdays.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of my family. From a young age, I learned the value of hard work by watching my mother sell food in Mexico. Today, we are proud to continue that tradition and are excited to announce that we are preparing to open our second location.
