A loan of $550 helps to buy more clothes to sell.

Farzana's story
Farzana, a determined 44-year-old mother of two, runs a small home-based clothing business.
She purchases clothes from the local market and sells them within her neighbourhood. Initially, her business was limited due to insufficient funds to buy enough stock.
With a CEIP microfinance loan, Farzana can now offer a greater variety of clothes to meet customer demand.
This support has increased her sales and income, improved her family’s living conditions, and enabled her to contribute confidently to household expenses and her children’s education.
Farzana’s journey demonstrates how microfinance empowers women to become self-reliant, create opportunities, and bring positive change to their families and communities.
